U-TURN TAKES OVER URBAN SPACE WITH A LASER PROJECT.
U-TURN has invited a series of well known Danish artists to use the buildings of Copenhagen as a temporary canvas. U-TURN has invated the turf of global underground culture, by using a projection technique developed in the graffiti environment, where the movement of a pen activates the light projections on the city walls.
ON WALLS 1
Friday October 31, 8-11pm On Walls takes over the Copenhagen harbour. In a boat kindly loaned to us by 'By og Havn', the audience is transported to Nordhavn, where the first session will take place at the DLG-building. Afterwards the boat continues to Sydhavn, where Skanska's building constitutes the setting for the last session of the evening. The artists at both sessions are Husk Mit Navn and Jasper Sebastian St�rup + guests.
ON WALLS 2
Tuesday November 4 7-9pm On Walls moves to the inner city, where John K�rner and A Kassen will draw on Copenhagen City Hall.
Jesper Aabille will be serving warm soup to the audience.
